WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

-All items are made to order and typically require 3–6 weeks for production. -Orders will ship as soon as they are completed at the manufacturer. -Once your order has been packaged and a shipping label has been generated, you will receive an email with your tracking and delivery information. -Production timelines vary by product, and shipping times depend on carrier availability and destination. -Depending on the size of your order and the size of the items included, your shipment may be sent through parcel carriers or via a freight carrier.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer international shipping to most countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following countries:
Free Standard shipping is not valid on international orders.

For information about customs process:
  • International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their destination country. Shipping availability depends on carrier service and destination‑specific customs requirements, and in some cases we may not be able to ship to certain locations.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. Not all shipping methods are available for certain items, and some shipments may require customer availability for delivery. Orders ship on business days (Monday–Friday). Delivery timelines may vary based on carrier availability, destination, and service limitations.

Due to USPS size and weight restrictions, few Mustang products can be shipped directly to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Customers with military addresses are welcome to contact us, and we will work with you individually to explore international shipping options or alternative delivery arrangements.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, remote areas, and international destinations may require additional shipping costs or coordination. Some destinations may have limited carrier service, and in certain cases we may not be able to ship to specific locations due to carrier or customs restrictions.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

All production and shipping timelines are estimates. Because our products are made to order, occasional delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, material availability, or carrier constraints. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will notify you as soon as possible with updated information. Customers are welcome to contact us at any time with questions about the status of their order. Orders may be canceled prior to the start of production and may be subject to a small administrative fee. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible and the order will fall under our standard return policy.
