Service Description
We will have a conversation so that I can get to know you, understand what you are looking for, what you like and dislike, how and where you intend to use it, and any special design aspects that you would like. We can also talk about designs for furniture that I don't currently offer. The cost of the session will be applied to your order, and if we are unable to design the perfect piece for you, I will refund the $100 cost for the consultation. Also, if you would perfer an in-home consultation, please contact me to determine what the cost would be and when I would be able to meet with you.
Cancellation Policy
-If you need to cancel, please contact me at least 4 hours ahead of your appointment. We can reschedule or you can recieve a refund at that time. -If we are able to design the item that you want, your consulation fee will be applied to the final price. -If we are unable to figure out a piece that will fit your needs during the session, you will recieve a full refund. -If you request a custom design that needs more than the consulation session to generate, refunds will not be available, but the fee can still be applied to the final price. -No shows or cancellations after the above stated timeframe will not recieve a refund and will need to rebook the consulation as needed.
